Admin/Accounts Assistant Job Description
The successful candidate will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
Cover telephone and reception area
Open and distibute post
Full knowledge of Sage accounts  (Essential)
Processing sales Invoices
Processing purchase orders
Use of INVU documet management system
To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
To ensure that all post is sent daily..
Skills / Attributes Required
Previous experience in an Accounts office.
Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
Strong proficient use of Sage line 50
Good organisation and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail.

Salary is £14,5000
