•Plan and organise an interesting and varied programme of indoor and outdoor activities which will stimulate and develop children both mentally and physically. •To plan, organise and supervise group outings according to guidelines, ensuring written parental permission is obtained in advance. •To prepare and set up play areas daily prior to children arriving ensuring all equipment is in a safe condition. •Deliver a high quality customer service in line with agreed Customer Charter. •Ensure the safety and good conduct of children during all organised activities. •Supervise Assistant Playleader (Creche). •Check that all play equipment is in a safe condition and stored safely after use. •Keep the interior of the facility clean and maintain a high standard of hygiene and tidiness. •Be aware of and carry out all emergency and evacuation procedures. •Administer first aid as appropriate. •Maintain and develop good relations with parents. Preferred NNEB or NVQ Level 3 in Child-care e.g. Caring for Children and Young People, Early Years Care and Education or equivalent. ** We are acting on behalf of our Client as an Employment Business ** |
