| My client are a respected and well known company based near the City Centre. They are looking for a number of Collections staff to work in a fast paced environment - the role is both challanging and rewarding . Duties will include: Job purpose: Communicate with customers with outstanding payments, to obtain payment form these customers, or help negotiate suitable payment terms for both parties. Take part in a training and development program to gain the appropriate skills to become a Senior Collection Advisor. Receive inbound and make outbound calls to negotiate repayment of arrears, updating customers account records The Ideal candidate will have : The ability to meet and exceed targets and contribute fully to team performance Manage, organise and update relevant data using various computer systems. Communicate confidently, assertively and display empathy and understanding of customers situations. To actively identify underlying reasons for non-payment by probing customer financial situation to establish facts and working within guidelines gain commitment from customer make payments Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Team Leaders.
