| Our Client a global leader in the application of innovative technologies, holding market and leadership positions in business including heating, ventilation and air conditioning are currently recruiting for a Production Planner / Buyer for a 12 Month Contract. The position: • Management of production materials from our global supply base using MRP and E-kanban tools • Vendor appraisal and improvement • Inventory analysis and control • Controlling and monitoring of freight forwarding • Implementing Supplier changes • Liaising with Engineering, Quality and Production in terms of bills of materials and engineering changes • Maintaining and implementing industry best practice in Supply Chain Management techniques The requirements: • Candidates must possess a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Studies or other associated disciplines. Alternatively candidates with a lesser qualification and 2 years experience may be considered • Good working knowledge of microsoft office • Enthusiastic, self motivated individual who can demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills • Self starter working with minimum supervision • Have passion for innovation and personal development Salary: £20,000 To Apply: Please forward your CV to Kevin through the email link provided |
