| To impact the success of the Company through supporting the Sales Department in order to achieve and exceed sales objectives and to ensure total customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Fluent German Speaker Will have responsibilities to ensure the following, (although a comprehensive list is detailed below it is not exhaustive): Administration Process customer enquiries accurately and respond to Customer/ Agent within a reasonable time frame. Check enquiries from agents and customers and indicate availability of goods, quoting prices and sampling where necessary Receive orders, liaising with Sales Managers, Operations, Agent /Customer, Credit Control Department as and when necessary. Deal with customer complaints and queries as required as required. Assist credit control where possible, by generating credits. General Administration Keep all files and records up to date.Maintain all customer profiles on computer Provide information and reports when required Record all customer complaints and ensure that response is made quickly to customer’s satisfaction Keep Customer services Manager advised of all serious complaints and problems General Duties Provide administrative support and assistance to Sales Managers Attend meetings as required.Any other duties that may be required by Customer Services Manager Excellent communication skills Able to work under pressure Able to demonstrate good time management skills Outgoing friendly personality with excellent telephone rapport Able to work as part of a team Able to work on own initiative Highly self motivated Able to demonstrate a keen desire to succeed |
